We do take sincere care to limit these situations as best we can but it is reasonable to expect such incidences in isolated cases.
We only accept returns on manufacturing defaults i.e. products that have an obvious manufacturing flaw.
These items will have to be reported to us within 7 days after the delivery date.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on items broken once clients bought them.
We only replace the single items that arrived with defaults and do not except a full return of the order or have a refund option.
You will have to inform us before the item is returned, as no items that have not been reported to us prior to the return will be replaced.
